Weldable vents are made by hot-melt or ultrasonic welding, with oil-proof rating reaching up to Grade 8. The weldable vents also have excellent air permeability, high filtration efficiency, high air flow, as well as excellent chemical compatibility and temperature adaptability. After special treatment, the surface of the breathable vent can maintain good air permeability and pressure equalization even when in contact with high viscosity liquid, to avoid casing bulging or collapsing, and effectively prevent the liquid leaking.
Multiple product solutions of weldable vents can be provided for different needs. These types of membranes are easy to weld, and appropriate welding specifications and processes can be selected for different breathable membrane substrates and plastics.
