Product Application : Adhesive Vent

Introduction

Body worn cameras and walkie-talkies are essential equipment for public servants such as traffic police and firemen. when exposed to a large amount of dust, sweat and rainwater, product performance will drop. Therefore, standards are high when it comes to waterproof and product reliability, but the traditional solution, having the whole cavity sealed, fails to balance the pressure differences quickly. What is more, when subjected to long-term pressure, casing and sealing failures are more frequent, negatively affecting the service life of the product.

IPRO adhesive vent is used for batteries of body worn cameras and walkie talkies and installed at the pressure relief hole of the main chips. It can quickly equalize pressure and reduce sealing structure failures, thus extending the service life of the product.
